Recruitment process is realised based on Position Profile agreed with the Customer. Time required for rendering of this service is also agreed with the Customer – usually it is 30 days from signing of the contract. Scope of activities is adjusted to your needs. Standard activities of our consultants comprise:
assistance in preparing Position Profile, placing advertisements on our web page and on pracuj.pl HR portal, favourable discounts for press advertisements (e.g. in Gazeta Wyborcza), verifying the Horyzont’s Database (over 20,000 candidates), direct search, candidate interviews (we employ interesting, modern tests), selection of the best candidates, provision of recommendations (CV, candidate description), assistance in setting up a meeting in your office.
After employing our candidate, you have a guarantee period. Its length depends on the type of position the candidate enters.
Selection
This type of service is particularly effective if the crucial condition is the time to receive the candidates’ CVs. We guarantee the service to be rendered in short, initially agreed time while keeping adequate, high quality. Our base is to prepare the Position Profile, being our reference point for further work. Scope of responsibilities is discussed with you on an individual basis. As a standard, the consultant will perform the following actions for you: assistance in establishing the Position Profile, placing Internet ads (which helps to receive additional applications in short time), verifying the Horizon’s Database (over 20,000 candidates), telephone interviews with candidates, selection of best candidates, provision of CV and basic information about the Candidate, assistance in setting up a meeting in your office.
An interesting option is to entrust us with the CVs which you received to select the best candidates. It helps you to save time by leaving to us careful review of all applications. Selection process may be concluded with so called Assessment Centre – a reactive centre of assessment. Thomas International method is a good selection tool to be employed especially in projects including larger numbers of candidates.
